Is Pokimane above the law?

It sure looks like it! At the very least Pokimane (aka Imane Anys) clearly believes that she is, evidenced by the fact that she willfully commits perjury on a daily basis. She’s perjured herself over 30 times in fake/false DMCA requests against deepfucks.com alone. And thats just our website! In total she’s made thousands of fraudulant DMCA requests, knowingly lying, under oath, in all of them.

Is it illegal to blatantly and knowingly lie in DMCA takedown requests?

Yup. VERY illegal. Its a federal crime, and a felony.

According to the law… Yes. She absolutely could, and should.

What did Pokimane lie about?

A better question to ask is “what DIDN’T Pokimane lie about?” In her weekly DMCA takedown requests against Deepfucks.com, Pokimane swears to the court that SHE CREATED AND OWNS ANY AND ALL videos on deepfucks.com that contain the name pokimane, pokiman, pokimoan, or poki, etc in the title.

Which means Pokimane is testifying, under oath… that she not only personally stars in all the hardcore porn videos on deepfucks.com that almost contain her name, but that she also personally created all of them! And therefore owns them and the digital rights to use them!

NO… sadly, im not joking. Just to be clear… Pokimane is claiming that all the deepfake porn videos on deepfucks.com that appear to contain her are actually, in-fact, not deepfakes at all! According to Pokimane herself, they are actually REAL, HARDCORE PORN VIDEOS STARRING POKIMANE AND CREATED BY POKIMANE!
